After living in my house for 11 years with three different large dogs, I needed help getting it ready to be listed. Jim and his team did such an amazing job, doing everything from drywall repairs, to retaining walls, deck repairs, new concrete stairs, and more—all at a competitive and very fair price. Friendly, fast service too. Cannot recommend this business enough!

We hired Jim and his crew to take down an old pergola that was rotting and precariously leaning over the driveway. They were punctual, extremely hard-working, careful and friendly to work with. They went about the job thoughtfully, because it was a large, heavy structure and could have injured someone or the adjacent fence if it had come down without their guidance. They cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done and made three runs to the transfer station to remove all the debris. I thought their charge was most reasonable, and I would use North Van Renovations & Contracting again for any similar job.

Our tenant found mold behind her closet and from start to finish (investigation of the leak, remediation, plumbing fixes, drywall installation) the turnaround was a week.
